The Olympix is adult field day initiative put together to unite New York City socialites and tastemakers for a good cause. It is a charity event that was started
in 2021 by my good friend, Frasier Gabriel. I played a role in assisting with conceptualizing the event, and since have actively played a part in production and
marketing. Each year the event has grown in participants, sponsorships, and overall notoriety in the greater NYC area.

In 2023 we had up to 12 teams which included 5-6 players each. Games consist of relay races, tug of war, dodgeball and flip cup. In typical “Olympics”
fashion, winners are awarded in the tiers of Gold, Bronze, and Silver medals.

EVENT IDEATION & CONCEPTUALIZING - Led the conceptualization of The Olympix. The goal was to make an impactful charity event where NYC
tastemakers, socialites, and influencers could tap back into their child like roots, let their hair down, and experience a day of nostalgic fun. I contributed in
brainstorming & selection of game ideas, in addition to establishing rules. I played a pivotal role in shaping the event's unique concept and structure.

MARKETING AND OUTREACH STRATEGIST - Collaborated in developing a marketing campaign that utilized social media & local socialite outreach, to attract
a diverse crowd. Started with pinpointing and collaborating socialites that have a history of working with charities in the NYC area. This led us to charities
that have collaborated with nightlife organizations, influencers in the social mix, and popular NY hotspots. This helped us lock in socialites and influencers
that were passionate about attending or participating in events that are charity focused. After participant outreach (influencers, socialites, creators,
professionals), we built off their network by giving them engaging flyers and clips of previous The Olympix events, to post on socials. This helped propel
interest and excitement around the event. We deeply play off the nostalgic factor, by highlighting these childhood games and childlike competition.

SPONSORSHIP AND PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR - Identified and cultivated relationships with potential sponsors, brands, and companies to support The
Olympix. The sponsorships acquired ranged from financial charity donations, to in-kind gift offerings for the event. The most generation were the 10 boxes
of Rap Snacks chips and 10 cases of 100 Coconuts that we received. After sponsorship procurement, it was our role to strategically place in kind products
and brand posters & banners around the fields for viewing. The goal was to increase brand awareness for sponsors.
