IDEATOR/CONCEPTUALIZER - Conceptualized the idea & executed the creation of the Repostwhiz app. Created an app to save, download, and repost Instagram content on various social platforms. I managed all aspects of life of application, from ideation & creation to marketing, monetization, and bug fixes. Apps were created for iOS/iPhone and Android devices. Creation of the app within these two operating systems had to be treated as 2 separate projects, due to them requiring two different coding environments. I actively creating new features and app flow to retain usage and strengthen the user experience.

PROJECT MANAGER - Ran the entire life of the project by efficiently managing developers, designers, and overseeing bug fixes, app updates, Ads, and In-App purchases. While overseeing all contractors, I had to delegate the proper amount of work, while keeping contractors motivated to efficiently complete tasks within budget. I frequently facilitated changes within the app, understanding between conflicting tasks between contractors, and communication between QA Testers and developers. For example: Alerting UI/graphic designer about additional buttons that need to be designed for new features or structural changes within the app. Step by step walking developers through app bugs that users & QA testers are experiencing. Duplicating bugs are vital to altering code & fixing them.

MONETIZATION MANAGER - Implemented and managed multiple monetization techniques within the application. I managed in app advertisements (via Google Admob/Adsense). Here I toggled with ad formats (location, size, timing) and ad types (ad content) within the app, in efforts to facilitate the best performing ads & highest eCPM. I managed and sold custom advertising within the app (custom banners & text ads). I managed more monetization opportunities via In App Purchases. This included payments for an Ads free version of the app & payment options for a premium version of RepostWhiz.

PRODUCT MANAGER (UX DESIGN & USER FLOW) - Created the app design and user flow of the app. Focused on creating seamless user experience by finding the best placement strategizing the proper place for various elements of the app (buttons, menus, information, etc). As a productivity/assistance application, RepostWhiz needed to have an intuitive, no brainer flow. A user operation flow that would require no detailed documentation instruction manual.

MARKETING & INFLUENCER COLLABORATION MANAGER - In the earlier stages of the app I brought awareness to the existence of the app through influencer marketing. I hired and collaborated popular comedians, rappers, and influencers, to post about the ability and features of the RepostWhiz app. This influencer coverage helped spearhead interest and downloads that eventually helped bumped Alignment within App Store Optimization. Producing proper details between app name, app store description information & meta data. Ensuring that I anticipated user searches for those in need of a repost application. I made sure these anticipated terms were incorporated all througout the RepostWhiz app’s app store profile. Marketing in conjunction with the @repostwhiz meme page. As I was seeing growth within the @repostwhiz meme page, I began to use the page as a marketing tool for the RepostWhiz app. I would post interesting content and direct followers to download RepostWhiz app in the app store, if they wanted to repost that material.
